After 10 years of soul searching for my deeper calling in life while studying and practicing pharmacy, I finally made my dreams of traveling a priority. As a result, I left France to dance in New York City, the mecqua of salsa dancing for a passionate dancer like me. I thought this was what I wanted more than anything, but a few months in I faced several challenges that pushed me to drop every expectation and to start following my intuition completely.

The call was clear. I left everything behind and bought a backpack and a one way ticket to Bali. After that, I let myself improvise and ended up going through my first and completely unplanned mini world tour. From Indonesia to Mexico, what I experienced made me grow immensely and of course left me yearning for more places to see and more incredible people to meet. 

Along the way came the desire to write, and it evolved into this platform. I wanted to share what really matters to me : the beauty of this planet, the power that comes from connecting to our heart, and how we can live with respect towards nature and the beings we share it with.

My inner work and spiritual awakening led me to change so many of my perspectives, beliefs and behaviours, and I now live more freely, authentically and in alignment with what I truly want. It also pushed me to examine my daily habits and how I could transform them towards more sustainable practices that I am happy to share with you.
